Raleigh to appeal on controversial modern home construction in Oakwood neighborhood

RALEIGH

Residents had complained that the home going up at 516 Euclid Street was out of place with the history of Oakwood.

City officials said the appeal is being filed with Wake County Superior Court "because of concerns about procedural irregularities." They said the homeowners also plan to appeal.
