It happened around 4 p.m. at the Raleigh Gardens apartment complex in the 6100 block of St. Giles Street.

Police said 3-year-old Skye McLeod and a younger sibling were left alone briefly in a bathtub, and when their caregiver returned, Skye was found unconscious.
The girl was taken to Rex Hospital, where she was declared dead.
Authorities later determined her death to be an accident. No charges are expected to be filed.
Meanwhile, a fundraiser has been setup to raise money for the child's funeral services.
