The suspect allegedly stole a local woman's identity, then opened up a bank account in her name and ripped off $11,000 from a bank.
On April 10, bank surveillance pictures showed the suspect smiling into a camera as he took out money from the ATM.
Authorities said the man hit more than one ATM over past four weeks and also made purchases at a Walmart store in the area.
The suspect is described as an African-American man with facial hair.
Officials said he is known for talking on the phone during the illegal transactions, and sharing his crime with listeners.
