Billy Thomas Cortese, 26, of 2636 Phoenician Drive has the mental capacity of an eight year old child. He was last seen asleep in his bed by a family member during the early morning hours of January 10, 2008.
Family members say he frequents the Exxon gas station located at Owen Drive and Highway 301 as well as restaurants in that vicinity.
Cortese is five feett five inches tall, weighs approximately 180 pounds; he has blonde hair and blue eyes. He also has a club foot which causes him to walk with a significant limp.
Witnesses reportedly saw Cortese eating in the Waffle House on Highway 301 between 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2008.
