Cumberland County Sheriff's Deputies are searching for two suspects who robbed a pawn shop in Spring Lake earlier this week.

Investigators say the masked men entered Parker Pawn on Highway 210 North shortly after 9 a.m. on Wednesday.

Both were armed as one of the bandits held employees hostage with a shotgun while inside the business.

The robbers used a large rock to smash open a glass display case and took an undetermined amount of jewelry.

The gunmen stuffed the stolen items inside a backpack and fled on foot to the rear of the business into the Eva Circle area of Spring Lake.

Detectives are asking for your help in solving the case and a five thousand dollar reward is being offered for information leading to the arrests of the suspects.

Anyone with information is being urged to contact the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office at (910) 323-1500.
