Albert Michael Hudson is charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury in connection with the shooting of three victims outside Top Rank Sports Bar on October 27, 2007.
Hudson is also charged with one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
