The Goldsboro Police Department turned over the teen to Wayne County Juvenile Services, and he's being held at the Pitt Detention Center in Greenville.
Police have filed a total of 30 charges including five motor vehicle break-ins, five felony home break-ins, five felony larcenies, five felony possessions of stolen goods, four misdemeanor larcenies, four misdemeanor possessions of stolen goods and two armed robberies.
Additional charges and arrests are pending an investigation of the current and other cases.
