Suspect facing charges in 3 counties arrested

CUMBERLAND COUNTY Antonio Livingston was arrested by Fayetteville police on Wednesday night shortly after an alert was issued by Harnett County authorities.

A "Be On the Look Out" was issued in connection with the robbery for three people who were riding in a 2-door black Hyundai Accent.

Around 10:30 p.m., an officer spotted a car matching that description near Bragg Boulevard and pulled it over.

A handgun matching the description of the handgun used in the Harnett County robbery was found inside the vehicle, along with other items.

Livingston, 22, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon. He also had a warrant for arrest out of Brunswick County for robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Livingston was later turned over to the Harnett County Sheriff's Office in connection with robbery.

The driver of the Hyundai, Cheyenne Baker, 16, was charged with driving without a valid license and was released to a family member.

A third person in the car was released without charges after it was determined that she was not involved in the Harnett County robbery.
