Amy Sauls spoke with ABC11 earlier this month after she said she noticed red marks on her son's leg when she picked him up from the Children's Developmental Center in the 300 block of Wooley Street.
Sauls said she took the child to the emergency room and Urgent Care where doctors told her they could be pressure marks.
Investigators told ABC11 Monday the marks could have been caused by a wide variety of things, including a rash, buckle, car seat, etc.
They called the abuse allegation unfounded.
