How cool would it be if Raleigh, Durham and Fayetteville could create their own ice cream flavor?

Ben and Jerry's is doing just that - letting some cities create their own locally-inspired flavors. The City Churned campaign will start with five cities: New York, Washington, San Francisco, Seattle, and Portland.

We asked the mayors of Raleigh, Durham and Fayetteville what flavors they would pick for their city and here's their scoop:

Raleigh Mayor Nancy McFarlane would create "Sir Walter's Red Velvet."

Durham Mayor Bill Bell selected "Rainbow City."

Fayetteville Mayor Tony Chavonne went with "Camofudge."
