They hope of an award will help solve the murder of an unidentified child.
The boy's skeletal remains were found in September 1998, near I-85 and I-40 at the Buckhorn Road exit.
Authorities believe the child was around 10 years old and was either white or Hispanic.
He was wearing Jockey shorts and a pair of black and white athletic shoes. Police released reconstructive sketches if what the child may have looked like.
Despite a nationwide investigation, authorities have not been able to identify the child.
Authorities are now offering a $5,000 reward. If you have any information, contact the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
