Marshall Wiggs, 53, was arrested earlier this month and charged with first degree statutory sex offense, second degree forcible sex offense, first degree kidnapping, crime against nature and taking indecent liberties with a child. Investigators have since learned that Wiggs committed these crimes against his nine year old victim on more than on occasion and have charged him with ten additional counts.
Investigators say Wiggs forced his victim to participate in sex acts with him between January 1st and February 8th of this year. He is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a 450 thousand dollar secured bond.
Wiggs is expected to make a first appearance in Cumberland County District Court on these latest charges on Wednesday.
