Police charged 58-year-old Jose Kunda with four counts of statutory rape and two counts of felony taking indecent liberties with a child.
The incidents allegedly involved two teenage girls.
Kunda also faces two charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
He is being held on a $2,003,000 bond.
