Troopers searching for the car found it overnight Saturday, in the /*Baybrook Community*/.
They charged 19-year-old Justin Harris of Elm City with felony /*hit-and-run*/.
The incident occurred in /*Wilson County*/ sometime between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. Saturday on U.S. 301 near /*Elm City*/.
A passerby found Estep's body there and called police.
Harris is due in court Monday. He has been released from jail on a $3,000 bond.
