RALEIGH --
A N.C. State student charged in a fatal drunk driving accident will plead guilty.The accident killed 60-year-old cyclist Nancy Leidy.
Brian Reid, 21, is charged with felony death by vehicle and DWI.
Police say he ran over and killed Leidy as she biked on Nazareth Street the NCSU campus.
Reid had spent the night celebrating his 21st birthday. He could be sentenced to 16 months in prison under a guilty plea.
