Roommates found the body of Maria Hererra-Diaz Saturday.
Arnulfo Cobos is believed to be the last person who saw her alive. Police say he stole a silver Saturn L 300 from Herrera-Diaz's home.
The car has a North Carolina license plate, XWT 5469.
