Gibbons was charged in November with obtaining property by false pretense and illegal possession of a controlled substance after an officer said Gibbons tried to pick up a prescription - including the painkiller hydrocodone - at a local pharmacy.
Gibbons was released from jail in November after posting $5,500 bail. She faces similar charges from an incident last summer, when she was accused of falsely identifying herself as a doctor to get a prescription filled.
