Beach closed again

FALLS LAKE The facility has been repeatedly closed for days at a time this year after water testing revealed excessive bacteria.

The lake is not closed to fishing, and other swimming areas at Falls Lake will remain open.

Officials say the beach will reopen when bacteria levels return to acceptable levels.
