The Goldsboro Police Department says Takeshia McClarin reported the shooting around 6 p.m. Monday. She told officers she and her boyfriend were in the car when it happened on Slaughter Street.
The unnamed juvenile was charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle and taken to the Pitt Detention Center.
