Ted Duane Balliett, 21, is charged with breaking and entering a house of worship, larceny and possession of stolen goods.
He is accused of breaking into a church and then posing and waving at the security camera during the incident.
Balliet is being held in the Cumberland County Jail on $5,000 bond.
