Spokesperson Debbie Tanna told ABC11 that 18-year old Toby Loring Batton of 807 Makay Court, Hope Mills was taken into custody Thursday morning.
Investigators say Batton possessed and distributed multiple videos of children - between the ages of three and 15 - engaged in sexual activity with adults and other minors.
Batton is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $100,000 bond. A court appearance was scheduled for Friday.
