Forty-eight-year-old Brady Parker Tubb, of East Langdon Avenue, was charged with driving while impaired at 11:49 p.m.
Police said Tubb registered a 0.10 on the Breathalyzer. The legal limit is 0.08.
He was released on a $2,000 bond and is due in court on June 11.
