Police told ABC11 the shooting took place in the parking lot off Dayton Street, near building 47.
This latest incident marks the fourth shooting in or near the McDougald Terrace neighborhood.
Police say 18-year-old Latye Hawley was shot in the head. At last check, Hawley was listed as critical condition.
Twenty-year-old Deja Garner was also wounded. She's in serious condition, according to investigators.
