Knightdale police saw the cab in a parking lot and arrested Jimmy Perry.
He's been charged with common law robbery.
Raleigh police say Perry robbed the State Employees Credit Union on Corporation Parkway, which is just off New Bern Avenue. They said Perry passed a note to a teller and fled the bank in a cab.
Perry is now in the Wake County Jail.
