Wake Forest natural gas leak capped

June 19, 2013 1:36:33 PM PDT
A natural gas leak in Wake Forest led to the evacuation of residents on Seventh Street from East Pine Avenue to East Juniper Avenue Wednesday afternoon.

Angie Townsend at PSNC says a 3/4" service line was hit by someone mowing grass in a vacant lot.

The leak was capped around 4:15 p.m.

No one is without natural gas service.
