Investigators arrested 42-year-old Carlos Lavern Brady for statutory rape and crimes against nature.
Deputies say that Brady began his behavior in March of 2011 through May, 2011. The child says he was visiting Brady's home where the incidents occurred.
He is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $300,000 bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for Thursday, August 28, 2013.
