6 charged in NC State robbery

RALEIGH, N.C.

School officials issued a Wolf Alert after the incident in the parking lot of E.S. King Village near the intersection of Gorman Street and Jackson Street.

A male student reported he was approached by six to seven males who assaulted him and took a cell phone and other personal items.

The investigation led police to six teenagers, three of them under the age of 16. The three that can be named are:

  • Wanya Malik Whitley, 17, of Kaplan Dr, Raleigh - charged with robbery, carry a concealed weapon, and trespassing.
  • Joclyn Lenee Mosby, 16, of Kaplan Dr, Raleigh - charged with robbery
  • Camden Thomas Seymour, 16, of Atwater St., Raleigh - charged with robbery, assault, and trespassing
