BBB releases list of top unanswered complaints for 2014

Of the top ten businesses with the most unanswered complaints in North Carolina, more than half are in the Triangle area.

The Better Business Bureau recently released its list of businesses with the most unanswered complaints in 2014, and a few of them a very familiar.

Among the companies listed, we have investigated five of them:
