First Night Raleigh taking place in downtown on New Year's Eve.

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- On Monday, December 31, downtown Raleigh will be filled with celebrations as part of the 28th Annual First Night Raleigh celebration. Starting at 2 pm there will be activities for all ages from Bicentennial Plaza to City Plaza.
