Investigators say King is responsible for the death of 66-year-old Ranesh Rai. Rai was working at the Donut Connection on Bragg Boulevard when he was shot to death last month.
King is facing charges for the murder.
Angel Bonilla and Luis Marquez-Lopez are also charged in the case. All three men are being held in the Cumberland County Jail without bond.
