She claims that an unknown man grabbed her and took her behind a nearby business and sexually assaulted her.
The man is described as a dark complexioned African Man between 30 and 40 years old, and standing between 5'7" and 5'8" tall with a small moustache.
He was wearing a brown T-shirt with yellow writing and graphics, black jeans, and black tennis shoes.
Authorities say the suspect is believed to hang out in the downtown area.
