The National Weather Service has central North Carolina under a slight risk of severe weather as fronts push through the state bringing possible thunderstorms.
A warm front will likely trigger a few showers and a stray thunderstorm Saturday morning.

Accuweather Predictor shows a line of storms crossing the Triangle between 5 to 6 a.m. and moving out of the area by 10 or 11 a.m. There is the possibility of damaging winds in isolated areas.
