Deputies with the Montgomery County, Va., Sheriff's Office arrested 42-year-old Brent McKinney.
Cumberland County investigators said McKinney has been charged with taking indecent liberties.
McKinney faces similar charges in Virginia.
He will be extradited to Cumberland County to answer the charge.
The alleged encounters occurred between Sept. 2004 and July 2005.
