The man ran back to the car at the same time a woman came running from behind the house and got in the car. The two sped away.
The incident was reported to police Friday morning.
The car is described as a small white car with dark tinted windows. The woman was described as short and brown-skinned with long black hair. The male was described as having black hair and brown skin and he spoke with an accent.
Officers have increased patrols in the area since receiving the report Friday.
