Third person charged in incident involving officer

FAYETTEVILLE

The case began in February when Raleigh Police Department detective Jason Brandon Hoyle, 34, was charged with promoting and participating in the prostitution of a minor in Fayetteville.

Also arrested was 17-year-old Tiara Michelle Bradshaw, of the 800 Block of Durwood Dr, Fayetteville. Police described Hoyle as Bradshaw's client.

Bradshaw was charged with misdemeanor solicitation for prostitution.

Now, 21-year-old Deonte Jaquan Lovick Booker, also of Durwood Dr., is charged with promoting and participating in the prostitution of a minor.

Hoyle has been employed by the Raleigh Police Department since October 2000 and is assigned to the Detective Division as a sergeant.

Booker's bond was set at $2,500.
