2-mile back up: Multi-vehicle crash closes northbound lanes of Capital Blvd.

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Traffic was backed up on roughly two miles on Capital Boulevard after a three-vehicle crash involving a dump truck.

The incident happened just after 7:15 a.m. Wednesday on Capital Boulevard in Raleigh.

Raleigh Police, Raleigh fire, and EMS were on scene.

Officials have yet to comment on the status of those involved.
