Travon Miles - Sports Anchor/Reporter at ABC11 WTVD
Sports Anchor/Reporter Travon Miles joined ABC 11 Eyewitness News in January 2022.

Prior to coming to ABC11, Travon was Sports Director at WMDT in his native Salisbury, MD.

While serving his hometown, Travon won multiple sports broadcasting honors. Under his leadership, the WMDT sports department won four straight Chesapeake Associated Press Broadcasters Association awards for its year round local sports coverage. Over the years, he led coverage for some of the area's biggest sports stories including NCAA national championships, the NFL and NBA drafts, and high school state title runs. He was a charter member of the startup Delmarva Sports Insider, a 30-minute show dedicated to all local sports-- the first of its kind on Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Travon is a graduate of Salisbury University, where he earned a BA in Communications. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, INC. as well as the National Association of Black Journalists. When he's not watching sports, he's enjoying time with family and close friends.
